Shipping and Returns


*COVID-19 : Due to the pandemic, shipping times internationally and domestically have slowed down dramatically.

It's a huge bummer, but unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do about it.... Please be patient, we want you to get your order too!*


All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of payment.

If an item is declared delivered through your tracking number but you did not receive the item, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. Please contact your local post office to locate your package as they are the ones that declared to us it was delivered. It is also a good idea to check with any neighbors, roommates or friends in your area, as sometimes things get picked up unknowingly.

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.



When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

Please note that we are in NO WAY responsible for any fees that may incur when your order is received by your country's customs department. Any additional fees applied to your order when received by customs is solely the choice of each country's policy. There is absolutely nothing that we can do in response to this. Please be aware that the higher the value of your order, the more likely that these fees can incur.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. These things unfortunately happen sometimes and we do our best to fix it when it does! Please send an email to with pictures (if available) and the details of your situation and we will do our best to help you out!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
